Today I get to teach the beginner’s workshop at my center. It is the first time I have taught it since the Gateway to HSP workshop was made the beginner’s workshop. We are using a 2-hour version of this 4-hour workshop. The fun part of it is that participants learn how they can choose to make themselves happy, and how having a natural, healthy energy flow makes them feel naturally happy for no reason at all! I think it will be great! Wish me luck! Has anyone out there ever taken the Gateway to HSP workshop?
