
This is a great tip for every moment of life. The more I tuck in my tailbone, the better I feel. I am more calm yet energized and my back and shoulders slowly relax. Sometimes I have to relax my back first to be able to do it though. This is the best picture I’ve found so far that explains the principle well. So enjoy!
