Happy New Year everyone! I hope you have all started the year off well! I was fortunate enough to receive some instructor training in the beginning of this month and its left me more open and free…and also with a little bit of a cold
The new year is a time when many people reflect on the past and make plans for the future. They make or renew resolutions for their health and growth. Dahn Yoga centers often take part in that and get busier in January. For my own part, I’ve decided to add a little more personal exercise to my day, so I’ve resolved to do an hour of stretching and DahnMuDo every day, as well as dance before class time.
