This video of Brain Wave Vibration (BWV) testimonials just came out. Why don’t you add your own testimonials in the comments section of this post.
Personally, I feel so much clearer when I do BWV. It’s like dusting off all of the cobwebs in my brain and body. The whole world looks rosier. I don’t think I’ve perfected how to teach it myself, because I’ve experienced it in training in different ways. But one of the people giving a testimonial, a singer from Korea, explains it the best I think. He says the vibration starts in whatever part of the body you’re focusing on. Then just let go and let it take over your whole body. Afterwards go into a state of relaxation.
As far as I know, vibration training, or jin dong in Korean, is one of the types of exercises that distinguishes Dahn Yoga from other forms of yoga. I know belly dancers use vibration, but I would be interested in what other forms of exercise or dance incorporate vibration. Would anyone like to comment?
