Recently I moved from Boston to Sedona, Arizona to work with the publishing company that publishes Ilchi Lee’s books: Best Life Media, Inc. Since I am now at a desk job, I have a chance to practice all of the things that I would tell members while I worked at a Dahn Yoga center. It’s pretty tough, as I knew it would be. One little tip I would like to share is sitting in half-lotus posture. This is a tip of limited use I am sure, since not everyone has the same office environment as I do or can even sit in half lotus. But what I’ve found is that if I sit in my desk chair in half-lotus posture without shifting my legs at all, then I have the benefit of bringing my energy down while I am working on the computer. It requires less concentration than intestine exercises, and definitely produces more pain. Even when I am paying attention to other things, I can still feel my body!

Great job!
Hi Michela,
Lots of success in Sedona! You must be happy to get away from the cold. Do you work side by side with Larry Rosenberg? He was in my original Dahn Healer school group in 2004.
Andrew
I do work with him, although he is based in the office upstairs
