When I worked in a center I would always tell everyone to do intestine exercises because you can really do them almost anywhere. They help keep you centered even while you are doing something else and clean out the garbage in your intestines. I have always done them to varying degrees, but now I am intensifying my effort. I have given myself the challenge of seeing how much of every day I can do intestine exercises. This way I can gain the benefit of the exercise and also increase my focus. Can I do them all of the time? That’s my goal. I’ll keep you posted

That’s so true! If we really pay attention to our body, we will know which foods or daily routines are beneficial to our intestines.
