Five Minutes of Morning Exercise with Ilchi Lee

I found this fun video on www.brainwavevibration.com that shows Dahn Yoga founder Ilchi Lee doing his morning exercise. It’s gives you a little peak into his life and what he’s like. It also shows you the HSP 12 step training that he developed–12 steps to walking on your hands.

    I heard he can do push-ups with his fingers, too.

    Yes, I’ve seen him do it :)

    Now we know we all just have to practice to accomplish what we want.
