Right Brain Creativity Workshop Featuring Brain Wave Vibration

Right Brain Creativity Workshop

In an age of automation and outsourcing, it might just be the creative right brain folks that win in the end. Enhancing your creativity may just be the thing that makes you stand out in a competitive job market.

Luckily, Brain Wave Vibration, the main Dahn Yoga technique developed by Ilchi Lee, can help quiet your analytical left brain hemisphere so that your right brain hemisphere can shine more and they can both be balanced. In essence, Brain Wave Vibration is a mind-body practice that calms the brainwaves through repetitive, rhythmical movement.

To introduce this concept, publishing company BEST Life Media, LLC (publisher of Brain Wave Vibration) and the Sedona Dahn Yoga Center got together to put on a “Right Brain Creativity Workshop” on December 18, 2008 at the Sedona Arizona Public Library. Sedona residents had the chance to practice using their right brain through a wide variety of creative play activities. They also exprienced a half hour of Brain Wave Vibration.

I was there so I know the participants had a lot of fun. Even though many had not tried Brain Wave Vibration, they all got really into it as you can see from the pictures from the event below:

Has Brain Wave Vibration ever helped your creative process? I know it has helped mine. Often I get the best ideas for what I need to do during or after the practice.
