Abdominals

We recommend that you include at least one (but not more than two) abdominal postures in any program lasting 30 minutes or more. Think of your abdomen as the front of your back — a very important place. Choose one of the abdominal postures we describe in Chapter 9 for a 30-minute routine or one or two for a 60-minute routine. You can check out some examples in Figure 15-19.
