36. Heart series a. On all 4's raise left leg, inhale bring forehead to ground, exhale come up, 2 min, then alternate legs b. On all 4's, inhale raise left leg back, arch spine like a cow, bring head back

Exhale, arch spine like a cat, bring left knee to forehead, bring head in, 2 min

Then alternate legs c. Sit on heels, head and arms stretched on ground, inhale, exhale cat, inhale cobra, 2 min c. Triangle pose, exhale, cobra inhale d. Relax on back

37. Open the spine and bring energy to the head

Sitting, legs stretched before you, reach down to toes and exhale

Come back on back raising legs to 60% and inhale

Come back to plow pose and exhale

Come back on back raising legs to 60% and inhale

Continue for 2 minutes

38. Bow pose: Inhale pull up, exhale come down 2 min

39. Archer pose Chant

- with "ah" sound pull MB and stretch bow string at chest
