Ex pose, palms on knees, arch spine and chest forwards, inhale slightly pressing air into diaphragm, expand energy outward

Twist slightly to the left and expand chest with slight inhalation

Twist slightly to the right and expand chest with slight inhalation

Repeat

Come forwards and expand chest and Hrdayam Feel electric, etheric pressure in Hrdayam Relinquish attention to the mind and Enquire to the source of the sense of "I" Enquire to the source of seeing

Feel the pulsation of the "I" between the Hrdayam and Crown

Feel the sense of grounding in the Hrdayam and Pervading light throughout the body, the head and the crown
