• Think about what the word commitment means to you and how you deal with it.

• Think about what you really want to commit yourself to.

• Think how important it is to choose goals that are attainable so that you are not constantly disappointed.

• Smile and say to yourself, "Today I commit myself to the agreements I make with myself."

• Take the time to let these thoughts and the feeling of commitment sink in. Then open your eyes.
