• Stand up straight with legs apart.

• Point your right foot forward and your left foot to the side.

• Swivel your body in the direction of your left foot.

• Inhale. Bring your arms upward to the side and stretch them up over your head.

• Put your palms together.

• Exhale and bend your left knee forward.

• Hold this position as long as you can remain balanced.

• Return to the Mountain pose (Exercise #41).

• Repeat the exercise with the other leg.
