We recommend that you engage in a moment or two of silent meditation at the end of your workout. A meditation session at the end of a workout brings everything together. It quiets your body and brings closure so you can start afresh with whatever you want to do next in your day (or your night if you're a night-owl yoga-with-weights practitioner).
