Antarctica, where the slippery surfaces make for some tough yoga conditions, but you do need a few items. The bare necessities are hand and ankle weights, but we also recommend that you have a yoga mat, the right clothes, good shoes (for warming up), and water for staying hydrated as you work out. The good news for you? These items don't cost a bundle.
